essay # 4 done maybe?

I still need to add a few more sources to my paper but I have most of it written! Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks everyone!

The influence of rap music is a debatable topic in today’s society. Children and young adolescents are the main targets for this type of music. Scientists strongly believe that rap music is a violent subversion of language and encourages risky behaviors such a criminal activity, alcohol and substance abuse (Tanner). Unfortunately, listening to this rap music categorizes adolescents like other groups such as “Goths,” “metal heads” or “punkers.”  Suicide is a common outcome from labeling teens into groups (Tanner). Rap music is the main cause for increased sexual activity amongst 14 and 18 year olds. Although, scientists believe that rap music can promote bad behavior; however, this kind of music can positively influence a young adolescent’s life. Teens are able to relate to rap music and spark their interest in poetry, self-expression, and communicative and language skills (Heibutzki). Rap music provides pleasure to all of its listeners of all ages (Roberts). This influential music can control someone’s mood and enhance certain emotional states. According to Donald F. Roberts, “Music is driven primarily by the motivation to control mood and enhance emotional states. Music’s ability to communicate emotion and influence mood had been widely noted” (Roberts). The influence of rap music is heavily argued among scientists, psychologists and parents nationwide. Despite what critics say about rap music, it helps build language skills, provides pleasure and enhances emotional states.
“Gangsta” music is believed to encourage risky behaviors amongst young people (Tanner). The more time teens spend listening to vulgar behaviors administered by rap music, the more teens will practice the language and attitude in real life. Roberts believes that violent lyrics “encourage experimentation with illicit drugs, young audiences presumably must fine violent or substance related messages in the songs.” Violent lyrics are one of the main causes of aggressive behaviors in young adolescents. Many studies show that college students who prefer rap music have more hostile attitudes than other students who prefer a different genre of music. After a one-year study of 522 black girls, living in lower class families, scientists concluded that these girls who viewed “gangsta” music videos and listened to rap music were more likely to hit a teacher, get arrested or partake in destructive behavior, than those who didn’t listen to rap music at all (Kirchheimer). While many scientists believe that rap music influences destructive behavior others think otherwise. According to journalist, Ralph Heibutzki, “rap music can be credited with reviving young students’ interest in poetry and self-expression” (Heibutzki).  It also helps build linguistic, communicative and oral narration skills. Rap artists use several literary elements in their songs like similes, metaphors, analogies and rhyming schemes (Anderson). These important essentials provide children with a basic foundation for a long-term development of literacy, which is critical for students receiving a college education (Heibutzki). Rap music is a form of literacy that teens can relate to and understand. It’s considered to be a form of urban story-telling and allows today’s youth to tell stories in a more comfortable way while still being heard by others (Anderson). Rap music is beneficial to the youth in today’s society because it helps build an understanding of deep poetry and narration.
Listening to rap music serves another purpose for teens. It provides social acceptance by “in-groups” and “out-groups.”  However, this categorizes teens and places them in social groups whether they want to be in them or not (Tanner).  Arguably, adolescents who listen to popular pop music tend to have more friends than those who listen to “gangsta” music (Roberts). These group distinctions between teens affect them emotionally and psychologically. While some say categorization can lead to higher suicide attempts, there are various factors that explain the increase of suicide among young adults. There is evidence showing teens who are clinically depressed, alienated, angry, having family problems, abusing drugs, alcohol or having difficulty in school are put at higher risk for suicide. While scientists discourage rap music, others strongly support it because rap music provides pleasure to its listeners. Teens grow more attached to this kind of music because it provides a sense of pleasure that can’t be fulfilled any other way, while still teaching them how to sort out emotions and feelings, facilitate social interaction and address other developmental stage issues: love, sex, loyalty, independence, friendship and authority. James Lull, writer and contributor to “Media Violence and Children” explains that “ music promotes experiences of the extreme for its makers and listeners, turning the perilous emotional edges, vulnerabilities, triumphs, celebrations and antagonisms of life into hypnotic, reflective tempos that can be experienced privately or shared with others” (Roberts). Rap music provides pleasure for its listeners after a hard day.
Rap music is a primary suspect to an increase of teens who are involved in sexual activity (Roberts). Robert’s study also found that listening to rap music increases sexual activity between the ages of 14 and 18. While these researchers studied destructive behaviors amongst the 522 females, they also wanted to find how many sexual partners each female had within that one year study. DiClemente, scientist in charge of the case, states
We wanted to focus on young, African American women, a population that is very vulnerable. In these videos, men hold the power and women don't and as a result, are subservient. I'm not sure that the girls in our study were lashing out because of this, but more likely role-modeling the behaviors they see. The women in these videos are doing OK; they're hanging around with a man who is powerful, affluent, going to nice clubs and wearing nice clothes. For these girls, they may not be a bad thing.
These rap videos promote sexual behaviors and society will follow along, females especially (Kirchheimer). The female observational behavior can be described as monkey see monkey do. In today’s society there are several rising female rap artists who are able to create songs without sexual content and still maintain superiority like Missy Elliot, Queen Latifa, Eve and several other well-known artists. However, rap music serves another purpose for the population. This kind of music controls mood and enhances emotional states. When adolescents want to be in a certain mood they seek reinforcement for that mood and rap music tends to be just the remedy to accomplish the task (Roberts). Rap is the kind of music that allows teens to let loose and not worry about other life stressors.
Listening to rap has its advantages and disadvantages; however, the positives outweigh the negatives. Many scientists believe it encourages risky behaviors such as substance abuse, criminal behavior, alcohol use and sexual activity. While others, like myself, agree that it helps build a teen’s narration and poetry skills. People also argue that rap places teens into certain stereotypical categories that match their music interests, which increases the suicidal rate amongst teens (Roberts). Listening to rap music may put a label on a teen but the genre of music someone listens to does not have any relation to the increase in suicide. If someone were to have suicidal thoughts there must be problems going on at home or in other areas in their life.  Music has no impact on someone’s important life choices; making decisions comes solely from them and not the music they listen to. On the contrary, rap music provides pleasure for all of its listeners because artists like Eminem reveal their emotions and feelings in their songs (John). Teens look for compassion and empathy from others and listening to rap music provides those things.

*conclusion still isn't done yet!

essay # 3 done again! added a few things!

What Are the Effects of Climate Change?
Since the Industrial Revolution, people worldwide have relied on more coal and oil as top energy sources to power industries, businesses, residences and transportation. As fossil fuels are burned, they release carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide into the Earth’s atmosphere (“Greenhouse Gas Emissions”). Carbon dioxide and these other greenhouse gases have caused the Earth to warm more quickly, thus creating a severe chronic climate change. According to the Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC), “during the past 100 years, the world’s surface air temperature increased an average of 0.6° Celsius (1.1° Fahrenheit). This may not sound like very much change, but even one degree can affect the Earth”  (Gardiner). The severe change in climate has raised sea levels, caused the disappearance of several regions and has damaged human health (Gardiner).
Scientists report that globally, “sea level rose about 15-20 centimeters (roughly 1.5 to 2.0 mm/year), with the rate at the end of the century greater than over the early part of the century. Satellite measurements taken over the past decade, however, indicate that the rate of increase has jumped to about 3.1 mm/year, which is significantly higher than the average rate for the 20th century” (“Climate Change and Sea Level Rise”). Such dangerous sea levels can escalate to further problems, flooding in many coastal regions and threatening coastal communities, wetlands and coral reefs (Gardiner). Climate change is not only responsible for rising in sea levels, but also the disappearance of many Arctic regions around the globe.
Because of a shift in climate many northern polar regions worldwide are diminishing in size. Arctic seas, mountain glaciers and permafrost layers in several regions have decreased in size within the past 100 years (Gardiner). The southern Arctic region, home to 4,000,000 residents, has experienced a dangerous rise in temperature (Morris). Many countries such as Canada, Alaska and Russia are continuing to experience melting of the permafrost layer: “[p]ermafrost is any soil or rock that remains frozen (below 0°C / 32°F) throughout the year. For a soil to be considered permafrost, it must be frozen for at least two consecutive years or longer” (Klappenbach). If the permafrost layer were to melt, it would disrupt the ecosystem, causing an increase in bacterial activity in the soil and many other severe consequences. Eastern Siberia is experiencing problems due to the climate change, its permafrost “is gradually disappearing in the southern regions, leading to the loss of nearly 11% of Siberia’s nearly 11,000 lakes since 1971” (Morris). A study shows the loss of land will continue through the next decade throughout Western Siberia (Morris). Much of the world is suffering from this continuous rise in temperatures, and the health of the human race is also being put at risk.
Because of warmer global temperatures, human health is being affected. Within the past decade, there have been more deaths recorded due to the heat waves and more allergic reactions to the prolonged pollen seasons. People with asthma, heart problems, the elderly, the young and the homeless are more vulnerable to the rise in temperatures (“Climate Change”). With such high temperatures, insects like the mosquito are present for longer periods of time causing humans to more susceptible to such deadly diseases; Malaria, carried by mosquitoes, affects the red blood cells and blood supply to vital organs (Gardiner).  In the next century, the IPCC has hypothesized that the global population is at a greater risk of infection from “vector-borne” diseases, such as malaria, increasing from 220 million people to 400 million people becoming infected (“Climate Change”). Dengue fever, yellow fever and encephalitis are other common diseases passed along through insects (“Climate Change”). Health of the human population is put at a greater risk for infection, disease and death from the climate change.
Despite yearly temperature increases, the planet and the organisms living here are suffering major consequences. Sea levels have elevated within the last century, impacting local communities and ecosystems. Such levels can cause further problems in the future for the entire global population. Along with the rise in sea levels, many snow-packed, northern regions are melting; continents are becoming smaller and smaller. As these regions disappear, so does plant, animal and human life. The health of several human populations has been affected by the severe climate change and continues to expand as more fossil fuels are burned into the Earth’s atmosphere.

Carbon dioxide and these other greenhouse gases have caused the Earth to warm more quickly; thus creating a severe chronic climate change. According to the Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC), the world’s surface air temperature has increased 0.6° Celsius or 1.1° Fahrenheit within the past few hundreds of years (Gardiner). The severe change in climate has raised sea levels, caused a disappearance of several regions and has damaged human health (Gardiner).
Around the world sea levels are rising dramatically due to the human-induced climate change (“Climate Change and Sea Level Rise”). In the 20th century, sea levels rose roughly about 6 inches and further models predict that sea levels will continue to rise 23 more inches in the 21st century (Garniner).  Over the past decade, satellite measurements indicate that the rate of increase has soared to 3.1mm/year; which is surprisingly much higher than the average sea level in the 20th century (“Climate Change and Sea Level Rise”). Such dangerous sea levels can escalate to further problems; flooding in many coastal regions, threatening coastal communities, wetlands and coral reefs. essay #2 revision complete!

Marshall Mathers; Then and Now
Although Marshall Bruce Mathers III, AKA “Slim Shady” or “Eminem” is considered to be one of the most famous rappers in the music world, he had a rocky experience as a child (Biography; Marshall Mathers AKA Eminem). Mathers has gone from a person who despises family, to someone who would give up anything to be with his loved ones. Even though he grew up in the “hood,” he has turned his life around by becoming one of the wealthiest rappers in the United States. His financial status has changed dramatically, going from hoodlum barely staying alive, to a millionaire. Even though Mathers had a difficult time getting started as a rapper, today he is one of the many artists to hit the top 100 list. At the beginning of his career he was rejected by many other rappers, while today many artists grovel at his feet.  Eminem as a child and the man he has become are two different people in many ways. The relationship he shared with his family throughout his childhood was not even considered to be a healthy, loving relationship; compared to his loving relationship he shares with his daughter, Hailie now.  While Eminem was living in poverty throughout his childhood, today money has bettered his lifestyle and he does not have to worry about raising his child in the “hood.” Eminem’s early years as a rapper does not compete with his career today; he’s gained musical acceptance from many other artists and thrives on the support from his loving fans.
For Mathers, family wasn’t top priority during his young adolescent years. He worried solely on himself because of family issues he was going through at the time. His mother, Debbie Mathers-Briggs, being a drug addict that she was, and his father, being unavailable to the family, led him to believe that a familial bond does not exist (Biography: Marshall Mathers AKA Eminem). However, today he understands the meaning of love and affection that develops within a family. He often expresses the impact family has on his life within his music. In his new album, Relapse 2, he continues to mention how important family means to him and what he would do to give up his musical career.  He states, “But they can do little to the middle finger, I think I got a tear in my eye, I feel like the king of my world, haters can make like bees with no stingers and drop dead,” meaning he could care less about what people think of him when he gives up his career to “focus solely on handling my responsibilities as a father” (Not Afraid By Eminem). Compared to Mathers’ childhood, today sharing a strong relationship with his family is imperative in order to maintain his happiness.
While Mathers spent much of his childhood adapting to new neighborhoods every few months, today he maintains a permanent residence in Rochester, MI  (Biography for Eminem). His childhood consisted of moving back and forth between Kansas City and Detroit (Biography for Eminem). Although, growing up in impoverished neighborhoods doesn't exactly describe a healthy and normal childhood; as for Mathers it was the basis to his life. His family lived in trailers, mobile homes, lived with relatives or in public housing (Eminem's Biography). His mother’s low income was the main reason for the continuous moving back and forth between cities. While he faced financial problems in his family, today Mathers has become one of the wealthiest men in the United States. Switching living accommodations from a mobile home or a trailer, to a pent house apartment is definitely a boost in financial status. In reality, Mathers can afford anything his heart desires living like he does now. His lifestyle as a child does not compare to his living accommodations today.
Even though Marshall Mathers or “Eminem” is a big time rap artist now; it took him a few years to get started. His passion and ambition has remained the fluent throughout his early career. Mathers took on rapping around four years old. He began battling schoolmates in the lunchroom. By the age of seventeen Mathers made a new rapping persona for himself; “M&M,” which he changed the spelling to “Eminem” (Biography for Eminem). He soon moved onto rapping in night clubs in Detroit and Michigan, along with joining ad hoc groups like Basement Productions, the New Jacks and D12 (Eminem Biography).  Mathers was invited to rap in the freestyle category at the 1997 Rap Olympics in Los Angeles Olympics where Dr. Dre spotted him and offered him a partnership (Biography; Marshall Mathers AKA Eminem).  After Dr. Dre offered him a partnership many other rappers had their eye on Mathers. He received respect and gained musical acceptance from many critics, artists and ethnicities (Holloway, Lynette). Marshall Mathers had the first rap album to be nominated “Album of the Year,” and won several Grammy awards. His success sold over eight million records in the United States alone (Biography for Eminem). Going from a lunchroom battle mate, to a Dr. Dre rapping partner in a matter of a few years is an incredible accomplishment. Although Mathers had a rough start in the music industry, he was able to pull himself together to become a rapping legend he is today.
Marshall Mathers has completely changed his lifestyle around. He’s learned from his experiences and grown as a person and an artist. Treating his family very poorly and going through emotional states has made him realize how important family is to him and his career can’t be the only critical thing in his life. Mathers had a tough time earning his mother’s love and today he has problems creating emotional connections with others, like his daughter Hailie. While connecting with others has been a challenge throughout his life, Mathers also had difficulties with his financial status in the past; now he’s making millions. He went from rags to riches literally, coming from a slum in Detroit to living in the suburbs (Biography for Eminem). When he began rapping he was far from where he is considered now, from being a joke on the mic to now being arguably the greatest rapper ever. Eminem has clearly matured looking from his work as “Slim Shady” that depicts women as less than human, to now rapping about how he loves his daughter; as well as pushing through difficult situations and learning to not be afraid.

Marshall Mathers vs. Slim Shady; Then and Now
Marshall Bruce Mathers III, also known as “Slim Shady,” is one of the most famous rappers in the music making world. Marshall had a rocky experience as a child and he is still learning how to cope with his life problems (Biography). Mathers was neglected by his family during his young adolescent years and today he is following the same direction with his daughter, Hailie. Even though he grew up in the “hood,” he was able to turn his life around by becoming one of the wealthiest rappers in the United States. His financial status has changed dramatically, from not affording clothes, to not worrying about how much money he spends daily; his average income is $31.8 million dollars. Even though Marshall Mathers had a difficult time getting started as a rapper, today he is one of the many artists to hit the top 100 list. At the beginning of his career he was rejected by many other rappers, while today many artists grovel at his feet. By creating the persona Slim Shady, Marshall was able to overcome neglect and poverty of his youth; he went from being an insignificant want-to-be to a world-famous, multi-millionaire rapper (Biography for Eminem).
Marshall Mathers spent much of his childhood adapting to new neighborhoods every few months. His family moved back and forth between Kansas City and Detroit. In 1985, his family settled down in Detroit, Michigan. Because of quick transitions between schools, it wasn’t easy making friends, staying out of trouble or graduating high school. Mather’s failed ninth grade three times before realizing school wasn’t for him (Biography). He never had a father figure in his life to admire because his father left when he was young. Going from a lonesome child to the person he is today has affected Mathers emotionally and psychologically. Mathers felt neglected from his family because his father left when he was young and the only parent available to him wasn’t a “mother figure” (Biography for Eminem). This had a tremendous impact on his future. Mathers is following the same path his father did with his family. Mathers’ rapping persona mentions in one of his songs, Not Afraid, “His gift is a curse,” meaning that his fame and fortune that Shady has brought him has torn him from his family. Mathers continues to neglect his daughter, Hailie, just as he was neglected as a child. Ever since Hailie was born his career has been first priority in his life. It’s hard for a little girl to grow and mature without a father figure present in her life. Hailie might follow the same footsteps her father did as a struggling adolescent fighting for attention from his parents.
Although, growing up in impoverished neighborhoods doesn't exactly describe a healthy and normal childhood; as for Marshall Mathers it was the basis to his life. His mom, Debbie Mathers-Briggs, faced many financial problems raising a family without any support from her husband. Her low income was the main reason for the continuous moving back and forth between cities. Their family was living in trailers, mobile homes, living with relatives or public housing (Eminem's Biography). Marshall's financial status has risen since his early childhood. Within the past ten years Mathers has become one of the most famous rappers alive. Because of his success in the music industry, Mathers lives on the upscale of life. Switching living accommodations from a mobile home or a trailer, to a pent house apartment in New York City is definitely a boost in financial status. Marshall can afford anything his heart desires; Talk about a change in lifestyle.
Even though Marshall or “Eminem” is a big time rap artist now, it took him a few years to get started. Marshall took on rapping around four years old. After he was able to scramble sentences together, he began battling schoolmates in the lunchroom. By the age of seventeen Marshall made a new rapping persona for himself; “M&M,” which he changed the spelling to “Eminem” (Biography for Eminem). He soon moved onto rapping in night clubs in Detroit and Michigan, along with joining ad hoc groups like Basement Productions, the New Jacks and D12 (Eminem Biography).  He didn’t stop there; Marshall was invited to rap in the freestyle category at the 1997 Rap Olympics in Los Angeles. At the Olympics Dr. Dre spotted him during his performance and offered him a partnership (Biography).  Once he started working with Dr. Dre many other rappers had their eye on Mathers. Marshall Mathers had the first rap album to be nominated “Album of the Year,” and won several Grammy awards over the past ten years. His success sold over eight million records in the United States alone (Biography for Eminem). Going from a lunchroom battle mate to a Dr. Dre partner in a matter of a few years is an incredible accomplishment. Although Marshall Mathers had a rough start in the music industry, he was able to pull himself together to become a rapping legend he is today.

What am I comparing in essay 2?

I took a lot of time thinking about the topic I'm comparing in this essay. After reading through the
song several times, I realized Eminem brought out two different personas. In the first few verses I believe Slim Shady is speaking(he talks about his life before fame and the affects it has on his life now). While towards the end of the song, another persona comes out; Marshall Mathers. This side of Eminem talks about the negative side of his career along with other problems his rapping career has caused him over the past few years. So back to my essay, I'm comparing Marshall Mathers life before he became "Eminem" (childhood) and his life today.

Even though Marshall Mathers had a difficult time getting started as a rapper, today he is one of the top artists to hit the top 100 list; along with winning several Grammy awards over the past ten years. 1st point- Neglect
Then: moved around a lot as a child (Kansas City to Detroit). Took root in Detroit, Michigan in 1985. His family didn’t pay much attention to him or support him very well; on his own. His dad left his family and never came back. Switched schools every two to three months; it wasn’t easy making friends, staying out of trouble and couldn’t graduate high school. He failed the ninth grade three times. (his childhood was a “painful experience”)
Now: Due to his career, Marshall doesn’t have time for his daughter Hailie Jade Scott. (She’s experiencing what he had to go through as a child.)- Marshall’s career is more important than family.
(Biography for Eminem)

Marshal Mathers spent much of his childhood adapting to new neighborhoods every few months. His family moved back and forth between Kansas City and Detroit. In 1985, his family finally settled down in Detroit, Michigan. His father had never been in the picture; Mathers learned the basic ways of manhood on his own as well as independence. Because of quick transitions between schools it wasn’t easy making friends, staying out of trouble and trying to graduate high school was impossible. Mathers failed ninth grade three times before realizing school wasn’t for him by dropping out. His childhood was a “painful experience” because he was neglected as a child (Biography for Eminem). He never had a father figure in his life to admire; instead he had a mother who couldn’t decided where she wanted to spend her life. His mother wasn’t able to support him emotionally. This caused Mathers to have an unexplainable behavior and many other psychological problems. Hailie might follow the same foot steps her father did as a struggling adolescent fighting for attention from her parents.

2nd point- Poverty
Then: grew up in poverty and in bad neighborhoods. (Eminem Biography)
Now: Billionaire-due to his career the past ten years.

Growing up in impoverished neighborhoods doesn't exactly describe a healthy and normal childhood; as for Marshall Mathers it was the basis to his life. His mom, Debbie Mathers-Briggs, faced many financial problems raising a family on her own without any support from her husband. Her financial status was the main reason for the continuous moving back and forth between cities. Debbie would find themselves living in trailors, mobile homes, living with relatives or public housing. During Mathers chilhood, his mom was under the influence of many drugs such as Vicodin and Valium (Eminem's Biography). Marshall's finanical status has risen since his early childhood. Within the past ten years Mathers has become one of the most famous rappers alive. Because of his success in the music industry, Mathers lives on the upscale of life. He's able to afford almost anything his heart disires.

3rd point- Early rapping career
Then: started rapping at the age of four years old (putting words together and rhyming), battled schoolmates in the lunchroom, people thought he was a joke and he was rejected by many other rappers. At the age of seventeen he made a new name for himself; M&M. Later he changed it to “Eminem.”

Essay #1 Revision: Almost done!!

What is Depression?
Perhaps the most misunderstood psychological disorder affecting Americans today is depression. This mental illness has been recorded throughout history and has  been portrayed in literature the past few hundreds of years. A depressive disorder affects the way someone eats, sleeps, the way they feel about themselves and what they think of other people/things. But it’s more than feeling sad or “having the blues.” According to Dr. Prentiss Price-Evans, an expert on depressive disorders, “Clinical depression is more than just feeling blue from time to time. It is a serious condition that a affects a person’s mind, body and spirit; it impacts every aspect of one’s life” (Prentiss). Psychologists like Dr. Prentiss, look at the first discoveries of depression and how it affected people throughout society. Throughout history people of all social classes, ethnic backgrounds etc. have experienced this “whole-body” illness. People with this illness suffer from different mental and physical symptoms everyday. Depression is a serious mental condition that has psychological and physical symptoms and is more prevalent in some populations.
Depression is a “whole-body” illness that affects every aspect of someone’s life. This kind of depressive disorder is not the same as feeling blue and it’s not a sign of personal weakness that can be wished away. Someone suffering from this disorder cannot “pull themselves together” in a matter of time (Franklin). Many psychologists have studied parts of the brain that depression attacks. While 19th century depression was thought to be hereditary, Sigmund Freud, early 20th century psychologist and scientist, linked the development of depression to guilt and conflict. This medical illness is linked to the biochemistry in the brain. The Prefrontal Cortex is most affected by depression; it’s responsible for feelings of pleasure and positive reinforcement. However, this “emotional control centre” is completely inactive during the depressive stage (Dubuc). Without prefrontal cortex function, the brain is up against severe mental side effects and possible physical damage.
Understanding depression involves discussing the physiological changes throughout the decades as well as studying the mental and physical symptoms. Due to improper functioning of the  prefrontal cortex, people can feel lifeless and apathetic; lacking the motivation to partake in hobbies they once enjoyed (Depression). Psychologists find it more common that depressive disorder patients have continuous streams of negative thoughts brewing in the back of their minds. Other psychological symptoms include self-destructive thoughts, poor self-esteem and records show difficulty with short term memory (Franklin). However, common depression sufferers show physical symptoms as well as psychological problems. Frequently, depressive patients will suffer from a loss of sleep or too much rest. A severe change in appetite and unexplained aches/pains is normal from time to time. By recognizing the these symptoms right away someone with this illness can rescue their mind, body and spirit.
