try just writing down your thoughts, and see what order emerges. don't get too caught up in what you should do, just use the order that makes sense for your writing style and topic. I know that isn't much help, but it's the only thing I'm sure of. You could try just making the whole argument for both sides, and not worry about how many points it turns out to be. Or you could run through the essay point by point, showing why your side is correct each time- or something completely different.
One more random thought- try listing all the possibilities you can think of- it might help you see what choices you have.
